This product is a combination of deodorized garlic extract 50:1 and four herbs. Garlic is known to support cardiovascular health and promote immune activity.

Garlic can be used for multiple conditions including poor digestion, parasites, respiratory problems and many more. In 1858, Louis Pasteur studied the antibacterial action of garlic. Allicin is one of the major organosulfur compounds in garlic considered to be biologically active. Many clinical studies have shown that garlic supports the cardiovascular system. Trials have suggested it may promote the reduction of cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood. Other studies have demonstrated it to promote mildly antihypertensive activity. Garlic is known to have antioxidant activity. In test tube studies garlic has been found to promote antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal function.

Another compound added to this product is parsley. Parsley is known to promote immune function. It contains apigenin, a phytochemical compound that is commonly recognized as a bioactive flavonoid. Apigenin contains antioxidant properties and promotes anti-inflammatory response. Parsley is also rich in chlorophyll, vitamins A, C, E, K, as well as beta-carotene, lutein, cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin, and folate.

Cayenne fruit has been used by traditional healers for centuries. It is frequently used for circulatory conditions and it is considered a circulatory tonic. Cayenne contains a resinous and pungent substance known as capsaicin.

A third botanical used in this supplement is nettle. From ancient Greece to
the present, nettle has been documented for its traditional use in respiratory conditions. Currently, it is thought that polysaccharides (complex sugars) and lectins (kind of protein that binds to sugar molecules) are probably the active constituents. Test tube studies suggest the leaves promote the anti-inflammatory action.

Dandelion leaves are also used in this product. This herb has been used for hundreds of years to support digestive and urinary health. The primary constituent responsible for dandelion’s action on the digestive system are
the bitter components.

Recommendations: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) tablets with meals.
