Cat's Claw
120 Capsules • 625 mg
Cat’s Claw grows in the Andes Mountains in South America, mostly in Peru.
It is used by the indigenous people to promote immune response to various conditions.

Based on clinical studies the oxyindole alkaloids in cat’s claw bark do stimulate immune function. Alkaloids and glycosides in this plant have also demonstrated to promote anti-inflammatory as well as antioxidant activity.

Although more studies are needed, cat’s claw has become popular in North America and sometimes is recommended to support cellular activity. Cat’s claw has been used traditionally for people with mobility problems. In double-blind trials, 100 mg per day of cat’s claw extract taken for four weeks significantly promoted pain relief, proving to be more effective than placebo.

Cat’s claw should be used with caution in people with autoimmune illnesses such as multiple sclerosis.
