This product is a combination of Curcumin Extract ZX™, curcumin root powder, BioPerine®, and red cayenne fruit powder.
Ingredients
Curcumin has been shown to have a wide range of therapeutic actions. It is considered a strong antioxidant, promoting protection against free radical damage. Curcumin also promotes reduced inflammation by lowering histamine levels and possibly increasing the production of natural cortisone by the adrenal glands. Clinical studies have also shown that curcumin may promote liver defense against toxic compounds.
Additional research has shown that curcumin can help reduce platelet aggregation, supporting better circulation and potentially benefiting vascular health.
A preliminary trial in individuals with rheumatoid arthritis found that curcumin helped reduce inflammation, pain, and stiffness.
BioPerine® is a patented standardized extract obtained from black pepper fruits. BioPerine®, as well as red cayenne fruit powder, have been added to this supplement to enhance bioavailability.
