Curcumin Extract

This product is a combination of Curcumin Extract ZX™, curcumin root powder, BioPerine®, and red cayenne fruit powder.

Curcumin has been shown to have a wide range of therapeutic actions.
It promotes protection against free radical damage because it is considered a strong antioxidant. Curcumin also promotes the reduction of inflammation by lowering histamine levels and possibly by incrementing production of natural cortisone by the adrenal glands. Clinical studies have also shown that curcumin may promote liver defense against toxic compounds.

Additional research has demonstrated curcumin’s capacity to promote decreased amounts of platelets from clumping together, which in turn improves circulation and may help vascular health.

A preliminary trial in people with rheumatoid arthritis found curcumin to promote anti-inflammatory activity and the reduction of pain and stiffness.

BioPerine® is a patented standardized extract obtained from black pepper fruits. BioPerine® as well as red cayenne fruit powder have been added to this supplement to enhance bioavailability.
